We are hiring 2 Customer Success Managers Apprenticeships in Paris.In this role, you will be primary point of contact for customers. You will be responsible for a list of accounts in the region, coordinate with the various Team and ensure customer needs are met in a timely and accurate manner.Also, you will:Manage quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requestsCoordinate with the relevant Licensing Specialists to provide licence knowledge and support during the sales processAct as key resource for volume license offeringsActs as the single point of contact for account manager and customer, supporting their day-by-day delivery and overseeingDevelop and maintain consultative relationships with existing customersGrow and maintain existing customer and partner relationshipsEstablish and expand relationships with key executives and decision makers within eachWhat we need to see from youYou can do an Apprenticeship agreement with your school/university and us for 1 yearYou speak fluent French and EnglishYou manage ExcelYou have ability to:Show initiativeMaintain a positive attitudeAdapt to and embrace change in a rapidly changing environmentMaintain and promote good client relations, maintain confidentiality of sensitive informationJob FunctionSalesAccommodationsSoftwareOne welcomes applicants from all backgrounds and abilities to apply.
