We are hiring 2 Customer Success Managers Apprenticeships in Paris. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, managing a list of accounts within the region, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring customer needs are met in a timely and accurate manner.Manage quote creation, order processing, and day‑to‑day customer requestsCoordinate with relevant Licensing Specialists to provide license knowledge and support during the sales processAct as key resource for volume license offeringsServe as the single point of contact for account managers and customers, supporting day‑by‑day delivery and oversightDevelop and maintain consultative relationships with existing customersGrow and maintain existing customer and partner relationshipsEstablish and expand relationships with key executives and decision makers within each accountWhat we need to see from youYou can complete a one‑year Apprenticeship agreement with your school/university and usYou speak fluent French and EnglishYou manage Excel proficientlyYou possess the following abilities:Show initiativeMaintain a positive attitudeAdapt to and embrace change in a rapidly changing environmentMaintain and promote good client relations, preserving confidentiality of sensitive informationJob FunctionSalesAccommodationsSoftwareOne welcomes applicants from all backgrounds and abilities to apply.
