The Group Total Rewards team is responsible for designing, managing, and administering global compensation and benefit programs that attract, motivate, and retain top talent. This high‑impact role focuses specifically on Executive Compensation for the Group’s Top Management. The position ensures governance, competitive positioning, and strict regulatory compliance globally. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Reporting to the VP Group Total Rewards & International Mobility, you will be in charge of: EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION & PERFORMANCE REWARDS (PRP): Manage the annual Bonus Plan cycle for Executives – issue and population of individual scorecards, change‑of‑role adjustments, assessment of attainment percentage, and coordination of payout management. Annual WTW Executives France compensation survey: Preparation and review of market benchmarks to support annual salary review and change‑of‑role proposals for Executives. Top France Executives pension plans: Oversee administration, eligibility, contribution calculation, and payment coordination with payroll and SwissLife. Governance, compliance and reporting: Manage the governance process, present the LTI campaign for the Remuneration Committee and secure Board of Directors approval (September). Redact and fill in data for the Universal Registration Document (URD) (December–March) on LTI grants and vesting. Contribute to CSRD reporting requirements, focusing on adequate/living wage analysis from a Total Rewards viewpoint. Prepare specific one‑pager notes for the President to support the annual General Meeting preparations. Required Education & Experience Master’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Global Total Rewards, with extensive exposure to Executive Compensation. First experience in an Operational or Financial role is highly valued. Necessary Skills Expert mastery of financial modeling and data analysis related to compensation and equity programs. Fluent French and English (written and oral) mandatory for global coordination. Mastery of Google Suite or Microsoft Office (Sheets/Excel) for complex modeling. Familiarity with HRIS systems for plan administration. Strong digital mindset and appetite for process optimization and system integration. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, critical for accurate governance and compliance. Absolute discretion and integrity in handling highly sensitive and confidential Executive compensation data. Strong executive communication skills (written and oral), with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization. Highly autonomous and capable of independently driving complex, annual processes. Data‑oriented and comfortable with metrics and financial concepts. Solution‑oriented mindset, focused on resolving challenges efficiently in a complex regulatory environment.
