## Executive Compensation Manager W/MThe Group Total Rewards team is responsible for designing, managing, and administering global compensation and benefit programs that attract, motivate, and retain top talent. This high-impact role focuses specifically on Executive Compensation and Long-Term Incentives (LTI) for the Group’s Top Management. This position ensures governance, competitive positioning, and strict regulatory compliance globally.Reporting to the VP Group Total Rewards & International Mobility, you will be in charge of :### ### **EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION & PERFORMANCE REWARDS (PRP)*** Manage the annual Bonus **Plan cycle** for Executives: issue and population of individual scorecards, change-of-role adjustments, assessment of attainment percentage, coordination of payout management.* Preparation of the annual **WTW Executives France compensation survey** and review of market benchmarks to support annual salary review and change-of-role proposals for Executives.* Oversee the administration of **Top France Executives pension plans**, including eligibility, contribution calculation, and payment coordination with payroll and SwissLife.### ### **GLOBAL LTI PROGRAM MANAGEMENT*** **LTI Grant Cycle:** Elaborate the LTI **budget** and distribution **guidelines**, Manage the **nomination campaign**, conduct analytics, and provide **recommendations** for corrections/adjustments, manage the acceptance campaign through MyHR and coordinate the creation of LTI rights with the Shareholders service.* **LTI Vesting:** Execute the complex, annual **Time Spent calculation** for tax compliance and prepare data for the **reinvoicing of LTI vested shares** to entities with Finance.### **GOVERNANCE, COMPLIANCE, AND REPORTING*** Manage the governance process, including presenting the LTI campaign for the **Remuneration Committee** and securing **Board of Directors approval** (September).* Redact and fill in data for the **Universal Registration Document (URD)** (December−March) on LTI grants and vesting in particular.* Contribute to **CSRD reporting** requirements, specifically focusing on adequate/living wage analysis from a Total Rewards viewpoint.* Prepare specific one-pager notes for the President to support the annual **General Meeting** preparations.### Required Education & Experience* You have a **Master’s degree** in Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.* Minimum of **10 years of progressive experience** in Global Total Rewards, with extensive exposure to **Executive Compensation and Long-Term Incentive (LTI) plan administration**.* A first experience in an **Operational or Financial role** is highly valued.### Necessary Skills* **Expert mastery of financial modeling and data analysis** related to compensation and equity programs.* **Fluent French and English** (written and oral) is mandatory for global coordination.* **Mastery of Google suite or Microsoft Office** (Sheets/Excel) for complex modeling.* familiarity with **HRIS systems** for plan administration is essential.* Strong **Digital mindset** and appetite for process optimization and system integration.### Key Behavioral Skills* Exceptional **Attention to Detail** and organizational skills, critical for accurate governance and compliance.* Absolute **Discretion and Integrity** in handling highly sensitive and confidential Executive compensation data.* Strong **Executive Communication** skills (written and oral), with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.* Highly **Autonomous** and capable of independently driving complex, annual processes.* **Data-oriented** and comfortable with metrics and financial concepts.* **Solution-oriented** mindset, focused on resolving challenges efficiently in a complex regulatory environment.#LI-OB1**Our Differences make our Performance** At Air Liquide, we are committed to build a diverse and inclusive workplace that embraces the diversity of our employees, our customers, patients, community stakeholders and cultures across the world.
