SERVICENOW SOLUTION ARCHITECT (FULL REMOTE)1411/MTL/0312ASAPMontreal (full remote)PermanentDescriptionReporting to the Business Solution Manager, IT Service Management within IT Services, the ServiceNow Architect will be responsible for providing strategic direction with respect to the internal ServiceNow platform to address the organization's need for an IT hardware asset lifecycle management process and solution.- Review business requirements and determine best-fit solutions on the ServiceNow platform.- Review current state of the ServiceNow Configuration (CMDB) and Asset Management Databases (AMDB) to propose and guide alignment with out-of-the-box functionality and the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).- Review, create and update user stories to best guide the ServiceNow developer- Review, document, guide changes to the ServiceNow platform- Review, document and guide integrations to and from the ServiceNow platform- Augment testing strategy and propose end-to-end tests for the CMDB/AMDB and its integrations.- Highlight opportunities for out-of-the-box reporting and performance analytics- Work closely with IT Asset Management Process Owner, IT Solution Architect, and Systems Developer to determine optimal solutions to proposed needs- Self-motivated, autonomous and ability to work well with multiple teams in a cross functional setting.- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple initiatives concurrently and to manage deadlines.- Result and client oriented.- Demonstrated effective communication, writing, planning and coordination skills.- Experience in the implementation, configuration and deployment of ServiceNow instances, includingo Knowledge and implementation of ServiceNow Scriptingo Knowledge and implementation of the ServiceNow ITSM Pro suiteo Knowledge and implementation of Hardware (HAM) and Software Asset management (SAM) productso Knowledge and implementation of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM)o Integration to third party data sources such as Microsoft Intune, System Center Configuration Manager,- The following certifications are required:o ServiceNow Certified Systems Administratoro ServiceNow Certified Application Developero ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist: ITSM, HAM, SAM- The following certifications are considered an asset:o International Association of IT Asset Management certificationo ISO/IEC 19770-1- English spoken and written #J-18808-Ljbffr
