About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, strong architectural knowledge, and proven experience delivering complex ServiceNow modules aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end ServiceNow architecture including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and custom applications
  • Lead technical governance, architectural standards, and best practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions
  • Oversee configuration of ServiceNow workflows, UI policies, catalog items, scripts, and integrations
  • Plan and execute platform upgrades, performance enhancements, and security improvements
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and enterprise systems via APIs, web services, MID servers, etc.
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and ensure adherence to development frameworks
  • Drive CMDB data model design, service mapping, discovery, and dependency views
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and organizational controls
  • Provide technical leadership throughout the full lifecycle of ServiceNow implementations

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and admin
  • Strong background in IT Service Management and ITIL principles
  • Expertise in modules like ITSM, ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping), CMDB
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, ServiceNow APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts
  • Experience with IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP integrations
  • Experience designing complex enterprise-scale ServiceNow architectures
  • Strong understanding of platform security, ACLs, and user role management
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
  • One or more advanced certifications preferred:

– Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS ITSM/ITOM/CSM/HRSD)

– Certified Application Developer (CAD)

– ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA), a strong plus

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in ITAM, GRC, SecOps, SPM
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery
