New Business Sales Executive (Hunter) Olfeo by Ekinops is a French software publisher specializing in SSE (Security Service Edge) cybersecurity solutions, enabling secure Internet access for its customers through technologies such as SSL proxy, web filtering, antimalware, DNS filtering, CASB, and DLP. Our solutions are available both on‑premises and as SaaS. Job Description We are looking for a New Business Sales Executive (Hunter) responsible for a defined geographical territory. Your main responsibilities will include: Define target market segments and develop tailored prospecting plans Identify new market opportunities through research and analysis of industry trends Use databases, professional social networks, and trade shows to identify potential new customers Reach out to prospects via phone, email, or face‑to‑face meetings to present our solutions Attend professional events and trade shows to promote Olfeo solutions and generate new business opportunities Manage inbound leads generated by marketing Sales Presentations & Demonstrations Deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the specific needs of prospects Perform functional demonstrations of our solutions Prepare and conduct customer presentations and proposal defenses, addressing questions and objections Draft customized and attractive commercial proposals aligned with customer requirements Partner Network Development Build and maintain strong relationships with system integrator partners and industry influencers to identify new projects Work closely with the Marketing team to align business development strategies and contribute to lead‑generation initiatives (webinars, campaigns, etc.) Provide reliable and accurate sales forecasts Profile & Experience Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Sales or a related field. Strong understanding of the cybersecurity ecosystem is required to quickly become effective. Ideally, a minimum of 5 years of experience in the cybersecurity sector, either with a software vendor or an IT integrator. Fluent English is required. Strong “hunter” mindset with proven new business development experience Solid prospecting and negotiation skills Good knowledge of the public sector / government market Relationship & Communication Skills Good understanding of the cybersecurity integrator ecosystem and public procurement markets Excellent communication and presentation skills Personal Qualities Tenacity, initiative, and creativity High level of autonomy and ability to work independently Technical Skills Sufficient technical background to understand initial customer needs and provide first‑level responses.
