Northern Montana Hospital in Montana is seeking a Clinic Pharmacist to support the outpatient pharmacy service and report to the Pharmacy Director. The pharmacist fills orders, monitors therapy and provides drug information to ensure safe and effective medication use.
Responsibilities include identifying and resolving medication-related problems, supervising support personnel, and delivering pharmacy services that promote continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
