We empower businesses and individuals to turn aspirations into actions and shape healthier, more vibrant communities worldwide.Job title: Field Account Executive (ClassPass) – responsible for acquiring high-value net new fitness, wellness, or new vertical partners within the assigned market and broader region. You will be embedded in your market, building strong industry relationships and staying ahead of local studio and spa openings.Minimum qualifications and requirements1-2 years of sales experience focused on fast-paced, B2B transactional sales leveraging Field and Inside sales tacticsProven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding monthly quotas and OKRsFamiliarity with and/or professional connections within the local fitness, wellness or related industry are a plusProficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft and Microsoft SuiteBased in Marseille, with travel across the broader regionFluent in French and EnglishPrincipal duties and responsibilitiesEngage directly with fitness, wellness, or new vertical partners within your assigned area to grow the book of businessConsistently hit or exceed monthly quotas based on new venues added to the ClassPass networkLead with a field-first mindset, prioritising in-person outreach through drop-ins, meetings, and events; selectively apply Inside Sales tactics to accelerate pipeline momentumIdentify and attend networking opportunities to build strong connections within your regional fitness and wellness communityMaintain accurate Salesforce records for reliable forecasting and pipeline visibilityBe a good negotiator and comfortable presenting higher-level readouts/pitch decks to prospective partnersHow to apply and equal opportunity statementPlaylist is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
