On attend quelqu’un qui a déjà fait au sein d'une agence ou avec un SaaS/éditeur du secteur, pas quelqu’un qui “a envie d’apprendre”. Vous accompagnez un portefeuille de PME, ETI et Grands Comptes dans l’exploitation avancée de WhatsApp comme canal CRM. Responsabilités Gérer et développer un portefeuille de clients (PME/ETI/Comptes clés). Définir les stratégies CRM multicanales et accompagner leur mise en œuvre. Élaborer des plans de compte et partager les insights clés. Piloter la satisfaction, la rétention et l’expansion (upsell/cross-sell). Suivre les KPIs clés : utilisation plateforme, engagement, ROI, perf campagnes. Travailler en proximité avec les équipes Produit, Tech et Data. Profil Recherché – Pré-requis 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en Customer Success / Account Management dans une agence, un SaaS CRM ou éditeur d’outils d’engagement. Gestion d’un portefeuille de 10 à 30 clients PME/ETI, idéalement retail / e-commerce. Maîtrise des canaux CRM : email, SMS (campagnes, scénarios, segmentation, reporting).
