We help clients understand usage and business needs for SaaS within organizations. Beamy serves major French companies such as Decathlon, BNP Paribas, Vinci, and Orange, enabling data-driven decision-making around SaaS.Job DescriptionJoin our team as a Senior Customer Success to drive our land‑and‑expand strategy. Your main objective is to build and strengthen relationships with key accounts, secure sponsorship, and orchestrate the customer journey.ResponsibilitiesEnsure ROI: partner with key accounts to define business objectives, timelines, priorities, and success metrics.Trusted advisor in SaaS governance: lead a community of customers, share success stories, gather feedback, and foster peer engagement.Primary contact for partnerships: align stakeholders (CTOs, architects, legal, security, digital workplace, SAM) and secure Beamy’s strategic positioning.Coordinate the customer journey: oversee all customer projects and set the tempo by delegating.Renewal and upsell: drive contract renewal, upsell, and expansion.QualificationsAt least 8 years of experience managing large enterprise accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction.Experience working with large companies, understanding organizational and process issues, and adopting a consultative stance.Proven ability to develop and implement renewal and upsell strategies.Fluent in French and very good business level in English.Beamy’s OfferCompensation: €90k–€110k package, plus stock options.Hybrid remote work: 3 days per week in Paris 9e.Culture of transparency: open book salaries and financial health, clear career paths, zero micromanagement.Impactful role: pivotal spot driving growth and global expansion.Benefits: top-tier health insurance, meal vouchers (Alan & Swile), 5 weeks vacation plus RTT.Hiring ProcessIntroductory call with Priscille, Talent Manager.Interview with Anne, Head of Services.Case study to showcase skills.Culture fit interview.On-site visit to experience work environment.Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and BelongingResearch shows that women and underrepresented groups apply when meeting 100% of qualifications; we value diverse perspectives as long as you meet 75% of criteria.
