**Customer Success - Senior Specialist**
Being a successful Cloud Computing company, SECUTIX understands the importance of developing its greatest asset - its people. That is why, as we are growing our customer portfolio, SECUTIX is now expanding its Customer Success team. Within the market we have roles delivering market leadership, Sales, Professional Services and Customer Support & Success.
We are looking for a qualified individual to join our Customer Success team, whose mission is to strengthen proximity and collaboration with your clients, to achieve a high level of client satisfaction and to foster the adoption of our solution by providing a high quality and personalized assistance.
**Missions and Responsibilities**
As Senior Specialist, you’ll be responsible for the following activities:
- Providing assistance to our customers in solution configuration and use
- Meeting defined SLA’s and ensuring customer’s requests have been fully resolved to their satisfaction
- Coordinating customer requests with the appropriate department, member staff or manager if unable to resolve, and keeping customer informed of the progress
- Contributing to populate you customer knowledge base
- Providing on-site support, training and event delivery resourceReporting and escalating to management as needed.
**About your profile**
**Your Skills**
- Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong written and verbal presentation skills are essential
- Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills. Capable of approaching problems logically and rationally to ensure an effective resolution is met
- Resourceful and creative when solving problems and developing ideas
- Agility, a strong sense of commitment and the discipline to focus
- A good awareness & understanding of the sports, entertainment & cultural industriesNative English
**Your Work Experience**
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience
- Hands on experience with SaaS products
- Experience in Ticketing industry
- Knowledge of SECUTIX product family is a significant positive
- Expertise working with a CRM (for example, Salesforce)
