Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing and Communications Manager (Generalist) to lead our brand, communication, and demand-generation efforts. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can balance big-picture brand vision with hands‑on execution across multiple marketing channels. The Marketing and Communication Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping how our company is perceived, engaging our audiences, and fueling business growth. Key Responsibilities Brand Management: Define, articulate, and evolve the company’s brand identity, voice, and values. Proactively seek opportunities to increase the company’s visibility and reputation through awards, trophies, and similar industry recognitions. Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications. Build trust, credibility, and emotional connections with customers through authentic storytelling. Protect and strengthen the brand’s reputation, including proactive PR and crisis communication management. Foster employee engagement through internal communication initiatives that create a sense of belonging and alignment with the company’s mission. Communication and Promotion: Manage Removall’s internal and external communication. Ensure consistency in the messaging to internal and external stakeholders while aligning communication on projects with existing commitments and agreements. Plan and implement internal and external events. Maintain a mapping of relevant external events and support internal stakeholders in their participation. Develop and execute integrated campaigns across digital, print, and in‑person channels. Manage content marketing, SEO, advertising, PR, and social media initiatives. Tailor messaging and campaigns for different customer and prospect segments. Position the company as a thought leader through storytelling, education, and content strategy and by actively showcasing expertise through external speaking opportunities, media contributions, and industry forums. Organise external events to present Removall to client groups and market segments. Design and execute campaigns that generate qualified leads for the sales team. Produce compelling sales collateral (presentations, brochures, case studies, etc.). Create nurture campaigns that guide prospects through the buyer journey. Collaborate with sales to align marketing initiatives with revenue targets and improve conversion rates. Build loyalty programs and referral systems. Manage email marketing, customer communities, and events. Collect feedback post‑purchase to improve satisfaction. Encourage repeat purchases and brand advocacy. Digital Presence & Analytics: Oversee the company’s website, digital ads, and social media presence. Measure and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and dashboards. Analyze marketing data to extract insights and adjust strategies for continuous improvement. Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep the company competitive. Qualifications Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 4–7 years of experience in marketing and communication roles, with a strong generalist background. Proven experience managing brand, campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives. Strong copywriting and communication skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences. Proficiency with marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, social media management platforms). Data‑driven mindset with excellent organizational and project management skills. Ability to work cross‑functionally and thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Interest for sustainability topics; will to learn about climate action and carbon markets. Native‑level French; full proficiency in English. Any other language is a plus.
