Job Description
Join Nielsen's Digital Purchases team and play a key role in the international development of one of the world's largest e-commerce data assets. You will act as the interface between business teams, clients, and data experts, leading strategic initiatives, international expansion projects, and high-impact analytical studies.
Missions
Leading international expansion initiatives
- Lead the deployment of Digital Purchases data in new countries and markets.
- Evaluate the availability and quality of data in order to support its commercialization.
- Collaborate closely with local teams to identify opportunities and accelerate adoption of the solution.
- Coordinate international stakeholders to ensure the success of projects.
Business analysis and customer support
- Analyze consumer and e-commerce data to produce actionable business insights.
- Responding to customer requests, conducting feasibility studies and contributing to Proofs of Concept (POC).
- Translating complex analytical results into clear and actionable business recommendations.
- To act as a trusted partner to the sales and consulting teams and in direct contact with clients.
Project management and cross-functional leadership
- Leading strategic projects involving business, operations and data teams.
- Establish project governance, monitor milestones and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes in order to increase efficiency and scalability.
- Communicate proactively about risks, problems encountered, and mitigation plans.
Contributing to innovation
- Participate in the development of new products, processes and analytical capabilities.
- Contribute to shaping the future of Nielsen's Digital Purchases business globally.
Profile
- 3 to 5 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, strategy, project management or in a similar field.
- Master's level diploma (from a top business school, engineering school or equivalent).
- Excellent understanding of business issues and ability to transform data insights into business decisions.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence and unite teams in an international environment.
- Strong analytical mind.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL.
- Professional proficiency in French and English.

What we offer
- €40,100 to €55,000 gross annual salary . Placement within this range will depend on objective criteria, including experience, skills, and internal equity considerations. We are committed to equal pay and compensation transparency. Compensation decisions are made based on objective and gender-neutral criteria.

- A holiday bonus of 853.71 euros gross per year.
