German Speaking Bank Customer Service Representative in Malta with sales experience. This role engages with clients to provide banking solutions in German and English, leveraging sales skills to promote financial products responsibly. Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to banking products and services in German and English
- Leverage your sales experience to identify customer needs and suggest appropriate financial solutions
- Guide customers through account openings, product inquiries, and banking transactions
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining high-level satisfaction
- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in our system
- Stay informed about banking regulations and products to aid clients effectively
Qualifications
- Fluent in German and proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in a banking or sales environment, is essential
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting sales targets
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in using banking software and CRM systems will be an advantage
- Willingness to relocate to Malta and adapt to a new working environment
