Alternance - Event PR & Influence Project Coordinator Give Back Beauty ("GBB") is a privately owned beauty group engaged in global partnerships, licensing, and distribution of beauty products across all key categories (i.e., fragrances, skincare, makeup, haircare, body care). The name Give Back Beauty reflects the fact that sustainability and giving back to the community are integral parts of the business model. A portion of all profits are donated to the Foundations that GBB supports. The group is the exclusive worldwide partner, under license or other business models, of brands such as Tommy Hilfiger, Elie Saab, Chopard, Britney Spears, Trussardi, Laura Biagiotti. Fashion & Luxury, engaged in licensing and global partnerships with fashion and luxury houses for their beauty brands (mainly fragrances) as Chopard, Elie Saab, Zegna. Lifestyles, focused on perfume and beauty licensing, distribution, and global partnerships with lifestyle brands, such as Tommy Hilfiger, Philipp Plein, Iceberg. We are looking for an Event PR & Influence Project Coordinator to start in January 2026. This role will report to the International Communication Director. CONTENT & TOOLS Support the communication Director in the development of the Tool kits for the new fragrances launches for the 8 brands of the portfolio: ELIE SAAB, CHOPARD, ZEGNA, ICEBERG, PHILIPP PLEIN, MERCEDES, AMG, MAYBACH. Agency brief, internal alignment with brand teams, development on time. Support the development of PR / event & Influencers tools: press release, Q&A, translation, seeding Contribute to the friends of the house / influencers stratefy Support the management of the influencer’s activations & PR for key launches on key markets Create and consolidate PR / events & Influence analysis & reports from the countries COORDINATION Work closely with the subsidiaries, trade marketing teams and distributors to coordinate, follow and validate the local communication initiatives and implementations of the tool kits in link with the DNA & values of each brand Work closely with the Brand teams and Digital team to guarantee the consistency of the strategy and tools Collect and share best practices, reports benchmark and analysis COMPETENCES / PERSONAL SKILLS Creative, operational and organized profile Image and luxury sensitivity / Good knowledge of luxury codes Able to multitask Curious and involved Agile and efficient Proactive and autonomous – Doer Positive energy, Smile and Happy attitude EDUCATION PR or Communication school EXPERIENCE First trainees in communication, PR, events and influence in agency or for brands or licenses.
