MISSIONS
Support Manager with the development, management and execution of global Influencer marketing strategies and toolkits for markets (PR, Influence, Event)
Support Manager with the activation and management of PR and Influence campaigns across all markets:
Influencer partnership programs, seeding and paid content.
Editorial press (print and web).
PR events.
Celebrity / ambassador activations.
Calendars, Trackers and Timelines.
Work closely with the Global Digital, Marketing & Media teams to ensure a 360-degree partnership for print, digital and social media coverage.
Maintain interaction and communication with global agency and local Influencer Marketing teams, facilitate and coordinate local exploitation of activities.
Manage Fashion House and multi-functional team alignment and approval processes.
Manage day-to-day budget and supplier payments.
Manage day-to-day admin tasks such as product orders & send outs.
Track, monitor and compile monthly activity report with agency.
Maintain a strong understanding of competitor activity and activity within the competitive beauty & luxury landscape.
**Skills & experience required**:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to demonstrate tact and discretion in preparing, disclosing, and handling information of a confidential nature.
Demonstrate out-of-the-box thinking in approaching new and innovative ways of executing.
Has an enthusiasm to proactively present learnings and suggest new ideas.
Proficiency in English.
