We hold strategic partnerships with major platforms like Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok, and are thought leaders in digital marketing topics such as first-party data and third-party cookie deprecation.Job DescriptionAs a Senior Partnerships and Marketing Associate, reporting to the Senior Manager for Product Led Growth, you will support growth strategies via partnerships and marketing initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies focused on user acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion.Roles and ResponsibilitiesPartnership Development: Identify, cultivate, negotiate, and coordinate strategic partnerships to enhance product reach and capabilities.Marketing Support: Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns, creating compelling content, and analyzing campaign performance.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Share insights from partnerships and marketing to inform product strategies and coordinate efforts with internal teams.Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report on partnership and marketing data to optimize strategies and present insights to stakeholders.Success CriteriaEstablishment of impactful strategic partnershipsPositive feedback from partners and usersSuccessful marketing campaigns leading to growth metricsMinimum Requirements3-5 years of relevant experience in partnerships, marketing, or related rolesBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fieldCreative, analytical, and detail-oriented with strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skillsAbility to manage multiple projects effectivelyBenefitsWork from anywhereFlexible hoursEquity options (ESOP)Health coverage for you and your familyPositive work culture and regular offsitesAccess to coworking spacesFun and engaging work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
