In a fast-growing environment, we place financial reliability and performance at the heart of our growth. Reporting to the Global Finance Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations, contributing to both the agency’s stability and its ongoing development.Contract: CDIRESPONSIBILITIESUnder the direct responsibility of the Global Finance Lead, your main missions will be:Ensure maintenance of general accounting: purchases, sales, banks, fixed assets, nominal entries, bank reconciliations.Manage accounts receivable/payable: invoicing, debt collection, validation of payments, monitoring of balances.Carry out monthly and annual closings: justification of accounts, preparation of the balance sheet, liaison with the CPA.Produce tax and social returns: VAT, DES, DAS2, RCM, artists/authors, etc., ensuring legal compliance.Ensure cash-flow monitoring, variances against budget and production of financial reporting.Be the trusted interlocutor for auditors and contribute to the improvement of accounting processes.PROFILEBac +2 to Bac +5 in accounting/finance (e.g. BTS CG, DCG, DSCG, Master CCA).Minimum of 3 years’ experience in general accounting or as a sole accountant.Previous experience in an agency (communication, marketing, design, advertising, etc.) would be a real asset.Proficiency in accounting, ERP and advanced Excel tools.Autonomy, rigor, attention to detail, taste for numbers and processes.Excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate with operational, creative and financial teams.Professional English required.An international, dynamic and growing structure, which combines creation, design and business.A versatile environment where you will have a large autonomy and a central role.A committed and passionate team, in a spirit of “art and commerce”.Please apply with a CV and cover letter. #J-18808-Ljbffr
