**Mission**:
We are looking for extremely curious, proactive colleagues to join our** Accounting Finance and Controlling team**with the** role of a Junior Accountant & Financial Controller (H/F)** taking care of:
- **Management Reporting**:
- Support & Develop financial forecasts and budgets in collaboration with HQ and local FinanceManager.
- Monitor economic and financial performance against forecasts, highlighting variances and providing actionable insights.
- Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- **Accounting Management**:
- Management of the accounts payable & receivable cycle and general accounting activities.
- Management of daily and monthly accounting entries.
- Verify and record supplier invoices.
- Reconciliation of main financial statement accounts.
**Profil**:
**Hard Skills**:
- Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of IFRS
**Soft Skills**:
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Team player
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
**Language knowledge**:
- Good command of English, both written and spoken is mandatory
- Good command of Italian and/or Spanish is a plus.
