Fullstack Software Engineer (x/f/m) – Medical Software Join Alan as a Fullstack Software Engineer on the Clinic crew. You’ll help build Alan’s Clinic, a comprehensive health services platform that connects members with a diverse team of health professionals (therapists, doctors, physiotherapists, and more) through chat and video consultations. What you’ll work on: Develop tools that empower health professionals to offer empathetic, tailored, and efficient support, leveraging AI to support each member’s unique story. Build platform infrastructure that enables proactive preventive care for members. Ensure secure, compliant solutions that meet complex healthcare regulations while maintaining a high-quality, human‑centred experience. Contribute to a product that impacts members worldwide. What we’re looking for: Experience delivering member‑facing products with delight at scale. Comfortable working with TypeScript and Python in a cross‑platform environment; familiarity with modern web technologies and OOP in Python, Java, Swift, Kotlin, and C#. A clear career progression pattern with increasing responsibility, scope, and impact. Humble and growth‑oriented mindset. Fluency in English (French not required). What makes you stand out: Experience building digital health products in a fast‑paced environment. Mobile development experience (React Native), because our members live on mobile.
