Fullstack Software Engineer (x/f/m) – Santé au travail Joining Alan as a Fullstack Software Engineer will let you shape the future of occupational health in France. At Alan, we’re reimagining occupational health (”médecine du travail”). Employees see mandatory visits as bureaucracy; HR admins feel burdened; practitioners lack proper tools. Critical issues like mental health, musculoskeletal disorders, and burnout are growing. We’re building Prévenir, a new type of occupational health service that puts employees first. Our mission is to make occupational health a trusted partner people actually turn to when they have work‑related concerns—not just a legal obligation. Our ambition is to position the product as the leading fully integrated health partner for members and companies. You’ll work side‑by‑side with experienced teammates (Arnaud, Mickaël, Alexandre, Clémence, and more) to build the platform from 0 to 1, helping us craft the foundations of a product that will be a breakthrough in how companies care for their employees’ health at work. Responsibilities You will be able to work on high‑impact projects in fast‑paced environments, motivated by the desire to make a difference. You’ll craft the perfect experience, powered by AI, simplifying the journey that significantly impacts members’ health and empowering doctors to provide optimal care. You’ll design efficient, secure systems to ensure the integrity of sensitive medical data. You’ll have the chance to shape product and technical direction, collaborating with stakeholders like product teams, doctors, and operations. Qualifications Passionate about creating delightful products with exceptional user experiences. Open to working with TypeScript and Python in a cross‑platform environment, familiar with modern web technologies. Clear progression in your career – increasing responsibility, scope, and impact over time. Self‑starting and entrepreneurial mindset. Collaborative, enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and teaching. Humble and still willing to grow (no matter your seniority). Fluent in English (no need to speak French).
