Drive client order profitability while nurturing long-term relationships to maximize repeat business and revenue growth.ResponsibilitiesManage client orders by coordinating with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance; monitor payments and resolve order issues to ensure client satisfaction.Collaborate cross-functionally with BD, Sales, and internal teams to align delivery and client needs.Foster client relationships through regular check-ins, upselling, feedback gathering, and advocating client-driven improvements.Meet profitability targets, control payment risks, and analyze order data to increase account value.RequirementsFluent in English and French (written/spoken); Chinese proficiency a plus; German/Italian advantageous.Bachelors degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related fields.3+ years B2B account management experience, ideally in SaaS, hardware, or beauty industries (skincare, medical aesthetics, salons/spas).Candidates with Computer Science major, software development, or coding experience are preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
