Join Kubota in shaping the future of e-commerce for essential industries. As an IT Product Manager, you’ll lead innovations that keep agriculture and industry moving. This position primarily provides support for Terrako, which is Kubota's E-Commerce Marketplace. It specializes in spare parts, connecting professional end customers with a trusted network of authorized dealers across our European markets. The IT Product Manager is responsible for leading the product team and ensuring successful delivery, operation, and continuous improvement of the IT product and services. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders, the IT organization, and external partners, ensuring that technology initiatives align with business goals and deliver measurable value. Key Responsibilities Product Leadership: Lead and develop the IT product team, fostering a collaborative environment focused on customer value and operational excellence. Product Strategy & Roadmap: Along with the Product owners, define, prioritize, and maintain the product roadmap in alignment with business strategy, stakeholder needs, and available resources. Translate business objectives into product goals and measurable KPIs. Stakeholder Management: Champion collaboration between the product team and business stakeholders. Communicate updates, risks, and key outcomes effectively. Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and define the scope of new features. Change & Support Coordination: Oversee management of change requests, incident resolution, and continuous support processes to ensure stability and quality of IT services. Contribute to translating business requirements into technical requirements. Work within an agile framework and manage deliverables for sprints. Budget & Resource Management: Along with the product owners, develop and manage product-related budgets, cost forecasts, and funding requests, ensuring optimal allocation of resources. Governance & Reporting: Prepare and present product performance reports, metrics, and proposals to the product owners and relevant governance forums. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or other relevant experience Experience in IT product or project management, including agile frameworks Understanding B2B/B2C e-commerce customer journeys, digital platforms, and marketplace dynamics. Experience with budget ownership and stakeholder reporting Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to define KPIs and translate insights into actionable improvements. Coordination and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to delivery Fluent in English Other information This role reports to KHE Group IT which have main offices in Netherlands, Norway and France The rest of the Terrako product team is situated in Thionville and Argenteuil, France Travelling in Europe must be expected Location: any of the Kubota or Kverneland sites in Europe #J-18808-Ljbffr
