Human by nature. **Global Formula Management Lead - Your future position?** - The Fragrance and Ingredients Management department is accountable for overseeing the management of ingredients and formulas to effectively support Givaudan's Fragrance and Oral Care businesses. - As the Global Formula Management Lead in the Fragrance Ingredients Management (FIM) department, you will report to the Head of FIM Global Services and Operations and you will be leading and contributing to key initiatives of the department and delivering on defined missions, alongside the team. This position will be based in Argenteuil, France. By incorporating the FIM department, you will actively contribute to the entire lifecycle of our products and operate at the intersection of creation, operations, and research. - As part of the Formula Portfolio pillar, you will participate in all our Global Formula Management activities, be it as a business partner to Fragrance Development, ensuring viable Fragrance Libraries to win projects, or to Operations, guaranteeing the sites’ ability to produce their formulae while keeping them conform to standards. - By leading and contributing to key initiatives and projects of the department, you will get rapidly familiarized with the FIM departement & processes, at the crossroads of creation and development, research and operations. - Your prior experience in relevant fields of activity, your strong learning capacity and your capability to master complex systems and processes, will allow you to be operational quickly, and become a precious support to the Head of FIM Global Services and Operations, as well as to the whole team. **You will**: - Support the Head of FIM Global Services and Operations to deliver the core missions of the Formula Portfolio pillar - Be the FIM leader and actor in the critical review meetings with Procurement, Quality, FIM, GBS and Supply Chain - Coordinate and execute the implementation of mitigation plans - Work on preventive actions together with FIM Data Analysts & Regional FIM Heads monitoring the creation pipeline of critical materials - Partner with Regional FIM Heads in sites critical review meetings - Ensure alignment, communication and follow up within the FIM organization & the necessary Operations teams - Identify potential improvement of measures and systems to develop stronger creation pipeline understanding **Sounds interesting?** - It could well be your perfect opportunity if you have a true passion for fragrances, if you like being at the heart of the business, close to ingredients, formula, and performant systems, allowing our perfumers to create beautiful fragrances to delight consumers?
