Your mission Support the VP Communications and VP Revenue for Enterprise in building Ledger Enterprise’s position as the world’s most secure institutional platform and trading tool for critical digital assets and Web3 Create the Enterprise business marketing strategy, work on lead generation, high‑value institutional adoption and thought leadership globally Build, structure, and manage a high performing team that fosters cross‑functional collaboration with departments Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies in the crypto and digital assets space, and apply insights to inform marketing strategies and roadmap decisions Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to conduct price testing, research competitive pricing, and develop recommendations that optimize product positioning and revenue Be a strong, empathetic leader and team partner, continuously learning and evolving to meet the demands of the rapidly changing institutional digital asset landscape What We’re Looking For Robust experience in Enterprise product marketing, with a focus on crypto and digital assets consumer services Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies for Enterprises in the crypto industry Deep understanding of the financial industry, cryptocurrency markets, and digital asset management solutions Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights to drive marketing decisions Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing direct reports Organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for innovation and driving growth in emerging markets Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is a plus Benefits Flexible work options – Our hybrid policy allows employees to work from home up to 3 times per week Health & Wellness support – Health and Life Insurance Financial growth opportunities – Employees can become shareholders in Ledger as well as other financial benefits depending on your country of work Commuter allowance – Ledger offers a commuter allowance to contribute to your preferred means of transportation Learning & Development – A comprehensive suite of training solutions providing a personalised learning experience for every employee We’re committed to building an inclusive hiring process.
