The successful applicants will help develop a new software platform looking to make a disruptive impact on metrology within the Industrial Automation sector; as a member of the Research and development team in Renishaw France, you will contribute to the creation, the development, and the release of metrology solution for the automation industry. Responsibilities Developing the geometric and optimisation APIs for IAPD Contributing to the development of new metrology solution of the automotive industry Collaborating in the generation of the requirements and software design Maintain constant communication with the IAPD teams in France and in the UK Be involved in hardware and software testing. Be involved with customer visits and training Key Requirements All applicants are required to have the following: Demonstrate technical ability with 3D geometry, optimisation techniques, statistics Ideally, demonstrate practical experience working with industrial robot. Demonstrable practical experience working with object orientated language(s), ideally C#. Demonstrable practical experience working with WPF and .NET applications. Demonstrable practical experience of working in an agile development environment. A good level in French and English – both written and spoken Degree equivalent qualification in a relative engineering subject A full driving license A full valid passport for overseas travel. Person Specification The successful applicants will be committed, customer focussed, self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision. Responsabilité Développer les librairies de géométrie et d’optimisation pour la division IAPD Contribuer au développement de nouvelles solutions métrologiques pour l’automation industrielle Contribuer à l’élaboration des spécifications et la conception des logiciels Entretenir une communication constante avec les équipes en France et en Angleterre Prendre part aux campagnes de test des instruments et du logiciel. Prendre part à des visites clients et à leur formation. Profil Technique Chaque candidat et candidate doit répondre aux points suivants Démontrer une maitrise de la géométrie 3D, de techniques d’optimisation linéaire et non-linéaire, de statistique appliquée à la mesure. Idéalement posséder une expérience pratique avec les robots industriels Démontrer une expérience de la programmation orienté objet (idéalement C#) Démontrer une expérience de la programmation en WPF et .Net Démontrer une expérience dans un environnement de développement Agile Une maitrise du français et de l’anglais, écrit et orale (TOIC>800 ou équivalent C1) Qualification niveau Master dans une spécialité technologique Permis B Passeport valide pour voyager à l’étranger. Profil Personnel La candidate (ou le candidat) retenue sera investie, focalisée sur le besoin du client, motivée et capable de travailler de façon autonome. Le candidat ou la candidate doit avoir soif d’acquérir de nouvelle compétence, savoir s’adapter, penser logiquement, être organisée, communiquer ses idées à différent niveau au sein de son équipe immédiate, de la division ou pour une audience professionnelle extérieure, chercher à résoudre des problèmes. Localisation Le poste est basé à Renishaw France à Champs sur Marne (77420). Des voyages réguliers auront lieu vers les autres sites de Renishaw notamment en Angleterre. Contrat Le contrat est un CDI avec un forfait jour suivant la convention de la métallurgie. Le salaire, de 36k€ à 48k€, sera fonction de la formation et de l’expérience du candidat ou de la candidate retenue.
