Business Development Manager Banque & Assurance ( H/F) - PARISNotre client est un Cabinet de Conseil , leader dans le secteur de la banque et de la finance,. Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Business Development Manager talentueux pour soutenir leur forte croissance et développer le portefeuille de clients.Développement Commercial & Relation Client :Prospecter de nouveaux donneurs d'ordres de manière autonome, en identifiant et en évaluant les opportunités commerciales.Organiser et animer des rendez-vous clients en collaboration avec les équipes de conseil, afin de présenter leurs services et d'explorer de nouvelles opportunités.Assurer la satisfaction client en maintenant une relation solide et en identifiant les opportunités d'amélioration continue.Gérer le cycle d'avant-vente de manière proactive, en comprenant les besoins du client, en élaborant des stratégies de réponse efficaces et en rédigeant des offres commerciales convaincantes.Atteindre les objectifs commerciaux fixésDiplôme Bac+5 en Finance ou diplôme équivalent d'une école de commerce de premier plan.Minimum 5 ans d'expérience réussie dans le développement commercial, idéalement dans le secteur de la banque et de la finance dans des métiers de conseil.Excellentes compétences en communication, négociation et gestion de projet.Capacité démontrée à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.Informations contractuellesSalaire compétitif avec des possibilités d'évolution.Environnement de travail stimulant au sein d'une équipe professionnelle et dynamique.Opportunités de développement professionnel et de formation continuSi vous êtes passionné(e) par le développement commercial, que vous avez une solide compréhension du secteur de la banque et de la finance, et que vous êtes prêt(e) à relever ce défi excitant, veuillez nous envoyer votre CV à jacques@mindsearch.net #J-18808-Ljbffr
