Descriptif du poste iAdvize transforme l’expérience client grâce à ses copilots Copilot for Shoppers et Copilot for Agents, embarcant une IA générative de confiance. Au cœur de cette solution se trouve l’équipe Platform Engineering, regroupant 5 experts aux compétences complémentaires, mêlant profils de System Engineer et Platform Engineer. Mission : garantir une plateforme sécurisée, scalable et déployable en continu, sans interruption de service, tout en maintenant un haut niveau de qualité. Rémunération : 55 000–63 000 € brut annuel (selon expérience). Localisation : Siège de Nantes (Gare Sud). Télétravail : 3 jours par semaine. Asternite : 1 semaine / 5. Prise de poste : dès janvier. Responsabilités Améliorer la Developer Experience des Features Teams. Optimiser le TimeToMarket et automatiser le workflow « dev‑to‑prod » pour assurer rapidité, qualité, sécurité et répétabilité des mises en production. Concevoir une infrastructure « élastique », capable de s’adapter aux pics de charge tout en optimisant les coûts et la performance. Surveiller et maintenir la production grâce à un monitoring proactif, et intervenir rapidement pour prévenir ou résoudre tout incident afin de respecter nos engagements de disponibilité (SLA). Gérer notre serveur d’authentification et son lien avec le produit. Développer des applications Golang servant à améliorer l’expérience développeur et maintenir les applications existantes. Mettre en place, documenter et automatiser les bonnes pratiques de développement. Suivre, monitorer la production, mais aussi résoudre les problèmes de production, notamment lors d’astreintes ponctuelles. Développer une expertise sur le déploiement de nos applications et chercher à les rendre plus efficacesli> Participer à l’organisation et la planification des sprints de l’équipe. Qualifications Au moins 4 ans d’expérience en développement, avec une première expérience DevOps et/ou DevExp. Faire du Dev pour les Devs et améliorer le quotidien de tes collègues ingénieurs. Familière de plusieurs langages (Golang idéalement, sinon Java/Scala/Python/PHP). Connaissance de la définition d’une CI/CD, et capable d’en concevoir ou d’en améliorer une. Autonome, curieuse, capable d’apprendre rapidement, à l’aise dans la gestion de projet. Connaissances solides en architecture et conception logicielle. Maîtrise la dockerisation, l’orchestration, les bases de données relationnelles / NoSQL, les caches et/ou le réseau.
