L’équipe Platform Engineering (5 expert·e·s, profil mixte System/Platform Engineer) assure une plateforme sécurisée, scalable et déployable en continu, sans interruption de service et avec un haut niveau de qualité.🎯 Mission de l’équipe: garantir une infrastructure élastique, surveiller et maintenir la production via un monitoring proactif, et intervenir rapidement en cas d’incident afin de respecter les SLA.👥 Position: Platform Engineer – Nantes💼 Responsabilités (extraits)Améliorer la Developer Experience des Features Teams.Optimiser le TimeToMarket et automatiser le workflow dev-to-prod pour assurer rapidité, qualité, sécurité et répétabilité des mises en production.Concevoir une infrastructure élastique adaptée aux pics de charge, en optimisant coûts et performance.Surveiller et maintenir la production, avec dépannage lors d’astreintes et gestion d’incidents.📋 Autres missions et objectifsDévelopper des applications Golang servant à améliorer l’expérience développeur et maintenir les applications existantes.Mettre en place, documenter et automatiser les bonnes pratiques de développement.Contribuer au déploiement et à l’architecture des applications et participer à l’organisation et à la planification des sprints.🧩 Profil recherché et qualifications4 ans d’expérience en développement, avec une première expérience DevOps et/ou DevExp.Connaissance de plusieurs langages (Golang idéal; Java/Scala/Python/PHP sont acceptés).Connaissance de CI/CD et capacité à concevoir ou améliorer des pipelines.Autonomie, curiosité, capacité d’apprentissage rapide et aptitude à la gestion de projet.Connaissances solides en architecture logicielle et capacité à communiquer les choix techniques.Maîtrise de Docker, orchestration, bases de données relationnelles/NoSQL, caches et/ou réseaux.💡 Atouts et conditionsCadre stimulant, environnement qui valorise l’initiative et le partage de feedback.Équipe experte axée sur la bienveillance et l’entraide, engagement RSE et diversité.Évolution possible avec accompagnement pour développer les compétences et le leadership.Astreinte ponctuelle avec prime de 450€ brut.Télétravail jusqu’à 3 jours/semaine après onboarding; Work from Anywhere deux semaines par an.🔎 Processus de recrutementÉtape 1: échange RH pour comprendre ton parcours et tes aspirations.Étape 2: entretien technique avec l’équipe pour évaluer les expertises.Étape 3: rencontre avec le manager pour approfondir les compétences et la vision du rôle.🎉 Welcome aboard Cette description conserve les informations essentielles et facture le poste sans éléments superflus ou trompeurs.
