Présentation du posteIl s’agit d’une opportunité de Workday Financials Analyst basée à Paris, destinée à un profil opérationnel disposant d’une solide expérience sur Workday Finance dans un environnement international en production. Le poste s’inscrit au sein d’une petite équipe interne Workday Finance et combine support quotidien des équipes finance et participation à des déploiements Workday Financials multi-pays. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes comptables et de contrôle de gestion, notamment en France, tout en accompagnant des parties prenantes internationales lors des phases de mise en production et de post-go-live. Il s’agit d’une opportunité long terme avec au moins deux ans de projets planifiés et un télétravail limité.Vos responsabilitésAssurer le support fonctionnel quotidien de Workday Financials pour les équipes comptables et de contrôle de gestionParticiper aux déploiements Workday Financials dans plusieurs pays européensAccompagner les phases post-go-live, incluant la résolution des incidents et le support utilisateursRéaliser les activités de tests (UAT, tests de non-régression, tests des nouvelles fonctionnalités)Former les utilisateurs finaux et les nouveaux collaborateurs finance à Workday FinancialsTravailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes finance locales et internationales, en particulier en FranceContribuer aux projets d’intégration (ex. outils de trésorerie) et aux initiatives de facturation électroniqueParticiper aux processus de budgétisation et de reporting dans Workday (réel vs budget, comparatif N-1)Contribuer à la gestion des tickets, à la documentation et à l’amélioration continue des processusProfil recherchéSolide expérience pratique sur Workday Financials (environ 2 ans ou plus)Expérience dans le support d’environnements Workday Finance en production et/ou dans des projets de déploiementCapacité à accompagner et à conseiller des utilisateurs financeExpérience des activités de tests, de formation et de support post-mise en productionCertification Workday Financials fortement appréciéeMaîtrise du français (oral et écrit) et de l’anglaisBasé(e) à Paris et disponible pour travailler sur site avec un télétravail limité #J-18808-Ljbffr
