Workday Talent & Performance Analyst / Specialist
Location:
Paris, France (Hybrid – 2–3 days in office, remainder remote)

French & English required
Summary:
We are looking for a Workday Talent & Performance Analyst to support and manage the Talent and Performance modules in Workday. This role supports employees and managers with goal setting, performance reviews, and career development planning.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support and manage the Workday Talent & Performance modules
- Assist employees and managers with setting and tracking goals
- Support performance review cycles (check-ins and annual reviews)
- Maintain employee development and career plans in Workday
- Provide user support and basic training (in French and English)
- Troubleshoot basic system and process issues
- Create reports and dashboards related to talent and performance data
- Work closely with HR and managers to improve processes
Required Skills & Experience:
- Basic to intermediate experience with Workday (Talent & Performance)
- Understanding of goal management and performance review processes
- Fluent in French and professional level English
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
Nice to Have:
- Workday certification (Talent and/or Performance)
- HR, Talent Management, or HRIS experience
- Experience supporting international teams
