Time & Absence Senior Analyst - Workday (m/f) Join to apply for the Time & Absence Senior Analyst - Workday (m/f) role at Air Liquide. Maintain and contribute to develop digital HR management solutions (Workday) to continuously improve the efficiency of the HR and Payroll Functions while ensuring world class user experience. Strengthen the support for Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules in the Europe, Africa, Middle East, India and Asia Pacific regions (as well as other regions in the Air Liquide global scope). How will you contribute and grow? Partner closely with the shared services team, HRBPs, and payroll to ensure accuracy of Absence and Time configurations in Workday. Create and maintain Absence Plans, Time Entry Templates, Time Calculations, Time Entry Codes, Eligibility Rules, Accrual Calculations, Calculated Fields, and EIBs. Ensure strong communication and alignment with Integration teams, Shared Services team, HR users, Payroll team & other stakeholders. Contribute to Time Tracking, Absence and Payroll implementation and enhancement projects. Propose system changes and enhancements to address business concerns and legal requirements. Maintain configuration workbooks with accurate documentation reflecting Workday. Maintain consistent, updated and clear communications with stakeholders in case management system. Monitor Workday bi-annual releases, coordinate changes to stakeholders. Supervise end-to-end testing for successful delivery of identified and agreed changes. Plan and deliver training to stakeholders and contribute to accurate knowledge base materials. Are you a match? 5 years of recent Workday experience supporting global Workday Time Tracking and Absence configurations. Demonstrated deep knowledge of Absence and Time Tracking configuration. Experience supporting Workday Payroll integrations. Current certifications in Workday Absence and Time Tracking preferred but not required. Project management experience. Fluent professional English; additional language an asset.
