Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un Project manager monitoring (F / H), pour l'un de nos client grands comptes. Vos missions au quotidien : Mise en place d’un plan d’actions pour amélioration la performance du monitoring Mise en œuvre d’une stratégie robuste pour les outils de monitoring entre les solutions Grafana et Dynatrace Assurer une totale couverture du monitoring sur le périmètre fonctionnel VS8 Mise en place et suivi d’outils des outils de monitoring et alerting Pilotage et optimisation de l’engagement des équipes du partenaire pour faire évoluer ces solutions Mise en place de KPI de suivi projets / produits Définir et préparer la stratégie d’introduction de l’IA Les livrables : Plan d’actions pour amélioration la performance du monitoring KPI de suivi projets / produits Documentation projets A propos de vous : Expertise en project management Agile Expérience d'au moins 7 ans sur une fonction similaire chez un client grand compte de l'industrie Expertise sur les outils de monitoring Dynatrace et Grafana Maitrise de la méthodologie Agile et certification SAFe Maitrise de l’anglais Maitrise d’au moins un outil de gestion des processus (e.g. Service Now) A propos du poste : Le poste est à pourvoir en CDI Beelix c’est aussi une structure qui propose : Un suivi et un accompagnement au quotidien ( points réguliers, déjeuners…) Du confort avec 2 jours de télétravail par semaine selon votre client Un organisme de formation certifié Qualiopi, un abonnement linkedin learning pour chaque salarié et des partenariats avec des spécialistes pour d’autres expertises De nombreux événements : Afterworks, Communautés métiers, Happy talks… Une Expérience personnalisée basée sur vos besoins grâce au Prédictive Index Notre package « unBeelievable » : 100% du Navigo, CSE, Prime de participation, Tickets Restaurants… Le processus de recrutement : Échange téléphonique RH (15 min) Entretien 1 avec un de nos RH pour apprendre à vous connaître Entretien 2 avec un de nos BM pour appréhender la relation managériale Entretien 3 avec un de nos Responsables : Amelle ou Tess pour avoir la vision stratégique Vous vous reconnaissez dans cette offre ?
