Qui sommes nous ? PIMAN Executive est le leader Français du Conseil en Contract Management. Notre équipe de plus de 90 Contract Managers opérationnels intervient au cœur des grands projets structurants du moment : nucléaire nouvelle génération, Gigafactory européennes, parcs éoliens, photovoltaïque, construction, infrastructure, raccordements et interconnexions France-Europe… En tant que Contract Manager, vous serez directement impliqué sur un projet d'un de nos clients, depuis la conception jusqu'à la mise en service. Vos responsabilités incluront : Suivi contractuel : Assurer la gestion des contrats liés au projet, suivre les obligations contractuelles, et garantir la bonne exécution des termes définis. Gestion des interfaces techniques : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les chefs de projet, les ingénieurs et les sous-traitants pour assurer la conformité technique des livrables. Négociation et réclamations : Gérer les discussions contractuelles avec les parties prenantes (fournisseurs, sous-traitants, partenaires), identifier les écarts et traiter les claims de manière proactive. Risk Management : Identifier et évaluer les risques contractuels, mettre en place des actions préventives pour sécuriser le projet. Reporting et communication : Participer aux réunions de projet avec les clients et les partenaires pour présenter l'avancement, les KPI contractuels, et les solutions mises en place pour garantir les objectifs de performance. Profil recherché : Formation : Bac+5 en ingénierie (génie civil, mécanique, énergie), juridique ou équivalent. Expérience : Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets ou Contract Management dans un environnement industriel, idéalement dans le secteur énergétique ou sur des projets de construction complexes.
