En tant que Contract Manager F/H vous participerez aux projets de centrales photovoltaïques tout au long du cycle contractuel aussi bien en phase pré-signature que phase post-signature. Votre contribution sera essentielle pour mener les projets à bien en toute sécurité dans le respect de la qualité des délais et du budget. Les missions seront les suivantes : La revue, l'analyse et la rédaction des contrats (y compris les annexes) aussi bien pour les contrats EPC que pour ceux conclus avec nos principaux sous-traitants. La participation ou la conduite des principales négociations contractuelles en collaboration avec l'équipe commerciale. La coordination de l'analyse des risques contractuels et la mise en place d'un plan de mitigation pour chaque risque identifié à déployer en phase d'exécution. Le conseil et l'accompagnement du Chef de Projet sur l'ensemble des sujets contractuels et de gestion des risques pendant l'exécution du contrat. La gestion des événements contractuels en phase d'exécution : notifications, modifications, gestion des réclamations et autres sujets contractuels. La gestion de l'ensemble des communications et de la documentation contractuelles. Le partage des informations et des retours d'expérience ainsi que la transmission des connaissances et l'accompagnement de la montée en compétences des équipes. Vous travaillerez en lien étroit et en coordination avec les équipes internes : développement commercial, ingénierie, qualité, juridique, etc. Vous serez en contact direct pour échanger et négocier avec l'ensemble des contractants, fournisseurs et autres parties prenantes impliquées dans les projets. Profil Vous disposez d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience en contract management. Issu(e) d'une formation ingénieur ou d'un cursus juridique (droit des contrats, droit de la construction, droit des affaires) idéalement complétée par une expérience ou une appétence pour les environnements techniques, industriels ou énergétiques. Vous maîtrisez l'anglais à l'oral, à l'écrit et à la lecture. Vous êtes mobile pour des déplacements nationaux et internationaux. Vous êtes engagé(e) dans le respect des délais, des contraintes projets et des processus internes avec une attention particulière portée à la qualité et à la sécurité de toutes les parties prenantes des projets. Vous êtes capable de gérer simultanément plusieurs sujets et priorités concurrentes. Vous adoptez une attitude positive, dynamique et orientée résolution de problèmes et appréciez le travail en équipe. Vous travaillerez en forte coopération avec les équipes opérationnelles et les fonctions support.
