Industrialization Engineer – Wet Processes

Master’s degree (or equivalent) in process engineering, chemical engineering, or a related field.5–10 years of experience in process industrialization or scale-up, ideally in aqueous-phase chemical treatment (galvanization, medical cleaning, surface treatment of materials/metals, chemical etching, etc.).Technical SkillsStrong knowledge of process engineering and industrial scale-up.Experience writing technical specifications for industrial equipment and managing supplier interfaces.Proficiency in project management tools and ability to lead the technical stages of an industrial project following V-cycle principles.Ability to manage and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, monitor their work, challenge technical solutions, and ensure compliance with requirements and timelines.Knowledge of mechanics, process sizing, fluid mechanics, materials, instrumentation, and automation/control systems to effectively communicate with experts.Proficiency with equipment development tools (CAD software, P&ID, etc.).Understanding of chemical effluent management.LanguagesFrench level C1/C2Additional InformationLocation & travelPosition based in Seyssins, with travel 2–3 times per week to our St Honoré (38) site.Medium- to Long-Term Career OpportunitiesDeployment of the industrial line across various ROSI group sites in Europe. #J-18808-Ljbffr
