Alternance – Technology Associate (F / H) Dans le cadre de sa campagne de stage, AXA XL recrute un Technology Associate en alternance pour le périmètre Cloud transformation (F / H). AXA XL est la division d’AXA dédiée à l’assurance IARD des grandes entreprises et des risques de spécialités. Nos équipes conçoivent des solutions ciblées pour couvrir les risques, des plus communs aux plus complexes, de nos clients. Localisation Paris, La Défense Contrat Alternance 12 / 24 mois Opportunité Au sein du département GT (Global Technology), l’équipe Cloud transformation a la responsabilité du delivery cloud. Rattachée à l’équipe Cloud Business Projects, vous êtes garant du delivery de l’infrastructure cloud d’un ensemble de projets du portfolio. À ce titre, vous pilotez les activités de delivery cloud de la phase d’initiation du projet jusqu’au BAU sign off en respectant les contraintes de coût, de délai et de qualité. En tant que chef d’orchestre, vous assurez la coordination des équipes cloud et les interactions avec l’ensemble des parties prenantes. Responsabilités Initier le delivery cloud : analyser le cloud triage form fourni par le chef de projet lors de la phase d’initiation, réaliser l’analyse d’impacts et consolider les macro‑estimations fournies par les équipes cloud. Planifier le delivery cloud en collaboration avec l’ensemble des parties prenantes : valider le cloud scope lors du project review committee, planifier le projet, construire l’échéancier projet et fournir l’estimation des coûts cloud. Contrôler l’avancement du projet et implémenter la gouvernance cloud. Créer le RAID log, le maintenir et alerter si nécessaire. Établir un reporting régulier sur l’avancement des projets. Valider la livraison de l’infrastructure cloud lors du test sign off. Clore le projet et réaliser les lessons learned. Profil Recherché Étudiant(e) en école d’ingénieur ou Master équivalent avec une spécialisation en informatique. Connaissance en gestion de projet. Connaissance en matière d’infrastructure cloud. Curiosité, capacité d’analyse, rigueur et bon sens d’organisation. Anglais courant (oral et écrit).
