**Job Description**:
**Mission description**

The Associate / Senior Associate will be part of the investment team and will be supervised by 3 partners in the team. She or he will be fully involved in all steps of the sourcing, investment and portfolio monitoring processes. She or he will play a critical role in supporting the company’s efforts in developing the strategy of the fund across Europe. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an ambitious entrepreneurial project within the venture capital & private equity industry.

**Key contributions include but are not limited to**:
**Sourcing**: in-depth and pro-active analysis on targeted sectors or geographies to identify potential new investment opportunities. Participation to industry forums and tech-related events. Nurturing high-quality and long term relationships with founders from early stage

**Execution of the investment process**: market analysis identification and work with industry experts, financial analysis and modeling, participation to meetings with companies, advisors and partners, preparation of investment memos for the Investment Committee, investment thesis definition.

**Portfolio monitoring**:support partners and team in monitoring portfolio companies and providing help on key matters (talent hires, M&A, financing, ESG, etc)

**Preparation of weekly internal meetings**:dealflow review, new investments opportunities and presentation of analyses carried out.

**Participation to general corporate workflows**: occasional support on fundraising and investors relations, writing of medium posts and a number of weekly external newsletters, contribute to building the knowledge base and improving internal tools, etc.

**Qualifications**:
**Profile we are looking for**:

- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in M&A, Leveraged Finance, Venture Capital / Private Equity or strategy consulting in the tech industry
- Excellent analytical and technical skills
- Strong financial understanding
- Structured with strong project management and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about growth equity
- Energetic, hardworking, self-starter, business development mindset
- Demonstrates excellent critical judgement and accurate gut feel
- Autonomy and multi-tasking
- Full proficiency in English is required, French would be also helpful for the role
