LOCG LLC, headquartered in Seattle, WA., Is a premier federal professional services company, primarily engaged in providing facility support, staffing and recruitment, information technology and security.

LOCG LLC, is actively looking to hire a Support Associate for our International Operations Center located in Paris France. This position will be utilized as as Administrative Support Associate, engage in assisting internal customers with everyday support needs. Duties include but are not limited to:

- Responsible for creating, maintaining and updating routine to moderately complex information on internal websites, external websites, and other informational sites at which LOCG has postings
- Receives and communicates important information to site personnel and other key individuals
- Providing administrative support such as preparing reports, typing documents, and updating computerized databases
- Updating employee records with changes in address, phone number, or other information
- Assisting in research and data gathering
- HR duties, such as file maintenance, form request and creations, complaint registrations, and other duties that may be assigned
- Applicant screening and onboarding
- Bookkeeping duties, to include creation of PO for sites, employees, and accounts.
- Other duties as assigned in the Administrative arena

**Qualifications**:

- Proven working experience as an assistant
- Must be able to pass a Background investigation
- Integrity and ability to work independently
- Read, write, and understand both English and French

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

- 75009 Paris 9e: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
