Position: Sales Project Executive (H/F/X) – Location: Saint-Quentin, Paris, France – Type: CDI

Responsibilities

  • Advise & Inspire Clients: Understand client needs, translate them into impactful training solutions, and act as a trusted partner throughout the entire journey.
  • Craft Tailored Commercial Proposals: Build relevant, well‑designed offers, manage and nurture the sales pipeline with support from the KAM partner, and keep everything clean and clear in the CRM.
  • Be the Client’s Go‑To Person: Maintain regular and proactive communication (updates, follow‑ups, milestones) and manage adjustments, special requests, and unexpected challenges with agility and a smile.
  • Coordinate High‑Impact Projects (when applicable): Launch and follow up on intercultural or specific training projects once the deal is signed, collaborating daily with internal experts to ensure flawless delivery.
  • Boost Performance & Continuous Improvement: Contribute to reporting and performance tracking, and suggest improvements to enhance processes and client experience.
  • Grow & Retain Our Client Portfolio: Help create lasting partnerships by contributing to client satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 5 years of experience in sales support, account management, customer success, or project coordination.
  • Experience in training, education, HR services, consulting, or B2B services is a plus.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and managing a pipeline.
