Camino Search is supporting a PE-backed services business with a France HQ. The CFO seeks a PMI lead to create a playbook for post-acquisition integration and to build a central, consolidated reporting framework across financial and operational workstreams.
Experience in an LBO / buy-and-build environment is essential; the role may require international travel monthly to visit new acquisition sites and help accelerate value creation.
