Over the last year, we’ve built a much stronger performance foundation: a robust data stack, clear creative processes, and tight collaboration between product, data, and marketing. Heba has been leading UA hands-on while helping design and refine this setup. Your mission: own and grow Opal’s paid acquisition across key channels, lead our creative testing roadmap with Elise (creative ads producer), and turn our data and creative engine into sustainable, profitable growth.This is a great fit if you’re:~2–3 years into your performance career and ready for more ownershipExcited to think full-funnel and impact what users do and retain in the productWhat You’ll Be DoingAs Paid Growth Manager, you will:Own Paid Growth ExecutionRun and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google/YouTube, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, and moreManage budgets, bids, audiences, and creatives with a clear ROAS/payback mindsetLead UA & Creative Strategy on PerformanceTurn growth goals into channel strategies, testing roadmaps, and briefsWork with the creative team to ship fast, high-volume creative iterationsRun Experiments & A/B TestsDesign and run tests on audiences, creatives, funnels, and offersCapture learnings clearly and feed them into the next round of experimentsAnalyze, Report, DecideUse our attribution setup and internal dashboards to understand performanceConnect ad performance to in-app behavior, retention, and revenue with data & productCollaborate Across the Growth LoopPartner with product and lifecycle to acquire the right users and set them up for successBring performance insights into broader growth and creative initiatives (e.g., web funnels, NFC)What You BringExperience & Foundations~2–3 years in UA or Performance Marketing (apps or web)Hands-on experience on Meta and at least one other major platformPerformance & Data MindsetComfortable with ROAS, CAC, CPA, LTV, payback, and attribution basicsAble to turn data into clear decisions and next testsCreative + Strategic ThinkingInstinct for what makes a performance creative work, and how to test/iterateInterest in product and growth loops, not just CPIOperational ExcellenceOrganized, reliable, fast in executionAble to juggle multiple tests and channels without losing prioritiesCollaboration & OwnershipClear communicator across creative, product, and dataReady to take ownership within an existing, well-built setupNice to HaveWeb performance experience (funnels, landing pages, web attribution)Strong product-growth lensLanguage: Fluent in English (written and spoken)If you’re excited to own a core growth lever and use performance marketing to help people focus better, we’d love to meet youCompensation Range: €45K - €65K #J-18808-Ljbffr
