Elkemist Guest Procurement Lead (In-House)Satopia is hiring an Elkemist Guest Procurement Lead to support guest participation and philanthropic engagement for Elkemist 2026.Satopia Travel is a Paris-based experiences company and cultural platform serving a global ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) community.We design and deliver highly curated journeys, hosted experiences and cultural gatherings worldwide, often in collaboration with leading creatives, cultural figures and foundations. Alongside travel, Satopia produces Elkemist, our philanthropic and cultural gathering series.This role is responsible for securing aligned guests and donors for Elkemist, guiding them through the experience, and supporting their understanding of Elkemist’s purpose, values and foundation partnerships. It is a relationship‑led role, operating at the highest level of discretion and trust.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage and qualify prospective Elkemist guests and donorsLead high‑trust conversations around participation and contributionGuide guests through the Elkemist experience, values and philanthropic partnershipsConvert aligned interest into confirmed participationManage guest relationships end‑to‑end, from first engagement to post‑event follow‑upWork closely with leadership and foundation partners to ensure alignment and integrityMaintain exceptional standards of discretion, clarity and careAbout YouProven experience in philanthropic engagement, donor relations, high‑trust sales or fundraisingExisting relationships within philanthropic, UHNW or impact‑led networksComfortable managing conversations involving significant financial commitmentCalm, credible and emotionally intelligent communicatorHigh personal standards and strong sense of integrityAble to represent purpose, impact and contribution with clarity and confidenceWhat Success Looks LikeFully booked Elkemist guest participation with highly aligned contributorsGuests who arrive informed, engaged and confident in their decisionStrong, trust‑based relationships with participants and partnersA guest experience that feels personal, thoughtful and well heldCompensationThis role is commission and bonus based, structured to reward successful guest procurement and long‑term relationship stewardship.Details will be shared with shortlisted candidates who meet the role requirements.Important NoteThis role is intended for experienced professionals with existing philanthropic or UHNW networks.We will only respond to candidates whose background and experience align closely with the requirements of this role.How We WorkSmall team, senior responsibilityHigh trust, high ownership, high integrityCalm, focused environmentDirect collaboration with leadershipClear expectations around quality and deliveryOur Hiring StandardWe review applications carefully.Due to the volume of applications, we will only contact candidates whose experience and approach closely match the role requirements. #J-18808-Ljbffr
