eLichens develops innovative gas sensing technologies and connected solutions addressing industrial safety, methane emissions reduction, and environmental monitoring challenges. Our solutions are deployed worldwide through partnerships with leading industrial players.

To support our expansion, we are looking for an experiencedInternational Business Development Manager.

Position

Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and expanding eLichens’ presence across international markets.

Main responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities, applications, and markets.

Establish and manage strategic partnerships.

Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and solutions.

Build relationships with OEMs, integrators, and key industry stakeholders.

Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive developments.

Work closely with engineering and product management teams to define future product roadmaps.

Represent eLichens at international events and industry associations.

Support strategic projects and major commercial initiatives.

Profile

Education

Engineering degree or Master’s degree from a leading Business School.

Experience

Significant international business development experience in one or more of the following industries:

Gas sensors

Oil & Gas

Gas Utilities

Skills

Strong strategic and entrepreneurial mindset.

Ability to create and develop new markets and partnerships.

Experience with OEMs, system integrators, and major industrial players.

Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Willingness to travel internationally.

Fluent English is mandatory
