About The Job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental Paris within the Front of the House Department in Paris, the Head Concierge is responsible for supervising the concierge team who provide 5 star services to all guests and colleagues. The Chief Concierge will lead the team in turning moments into memories for our guests. The Chief Concierge will have the best knowledge of Paris city.

As Head Concierge, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• You supervise the team of Concierges, porters, and valet drivers by ensuring recruitment, training, and daily follow-up.
• You monitor the clients during their stay and manage any complaints.
• You maintain and strengthen relationships with our service providers.
• You contribute to customer loyalty.
• You collaborate with the finance department and ensure the follow-up of finance-related issues with the teams.
• You guarantee service quality and compliance with MOHG standards and procedures.
• You represent the Mandarin Oriental brand.

• Courtesy, rigor, and discretion
• Excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, and dynamism
• Curiosity, knowledge of Paris and its cultural news
• Excellent presentation
