You will play a key role in ensuring high quality of technical products through test planning, execution, and continuous improvement. We have 8,000 professionals in 45 countries. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and contribute to test strategies and planning. Contribute to and apply test processes, procedures and documentation. Contribute to and review technical specifications, requirements. Develop test acceptance criteria and other test deliverables. Perform, control and monitor testing activities on technical products. Ensure proper defect management. Report problems or failures and suggest improvement. Report testing progress to stakeholders. Use/develop test tools and perform test automation activities. Interact with project teams and stakeholders in the framework of the tests organization. Additional Tasks Define scope of testing for each product and release. Plan test activities and drive alignment on priority, environments and tools. Prepare assessment of product quality by reviewing requirements, design documentation, test scenarios, cases and data including automation. Run assessment of product quality by running tests and reporting outcomes. Continuously improve quality, including reviewing and improving the test approach and applying test automation patterns. Requirements Education: Minimum 4 years of relevant education (master or equivalent) after secondary school. Experience: Minimum 6 years of IT professional experience and 4 years of testing experience. Certifications: ISTQB Foundation Level, ITIL/ITIL V3 Foundation. Strong understanding of testing practices and experience with multiple operating systems, especially Unix, as well as RDBMS, networking concepts, containers and virtual environments. Knowledge of automated testing tools (qTest, TOSCA, JMeter, JIRA, etc.). Understanding of high‑availability IT systems and IT architecture. Proven ability to manage and prioritise multiple diverse projects simultaneously. Flexible, independent, self‑motivated, punctual and consistent attendance. Strong reporting skills and project management understanding (risk, issues, quality logs). Excellent problem‑solving, debugging and troubleshooting technical skills. Client‑oriented cross‑group collaboration abilities.
