Test Management Specialist

We are looking for a Test Management Specialist with solid experience in complex IT environments. The selected professional will be responsible for defining the testing strategy, executing and automating test plans, managing defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality across all phases.
Tasks
- Define testing strategies and plans, ensuring requirement coverage.
- Design and execute manual and automated test cases (functional, non-functional, regression, API).
- Implement test automation (Playwright, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript) and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
- Prepare test environments and data, monitor logs and system performance.
- Produce detailed test reports and manage defects using Jira.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and end users during testing phases.
- Perform performance, load, and reliability testing with tools such as JMeter or Gatling.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing.
- ISTQB Foundation Level certification.
- Proven experience in manual and automated testing within complex IT systems.
- Strong knowledge of Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Playwright, Jira, Xray/TestRail, Unix/Linux, relational databases (PostgreSQL), and Kubernetes.
- Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and teamwork skills.
