OverviewLegal & Sales Junior Account Manager — Companow, a part of Anderson Global. In addition to incorporation and corporate governance services to French Companies, we also provide English-speaking support to our clients to help them navigate bank account establishment, immigration, trademark registration, accounting & tax compliance. Working with us, you will contribute to fostering entrepreneurship and enhancing France\'s international appeal.Your responsibilities:Supporting the team with account management activities of our clients’ French companies.Assisting with questions from clients and prospects on legal, fiscal, accounting, immigration and compliance of French Companies and subjects.Assisting with Company set up, changes in structure and bank account set up.Contribution to the maintenance of the quality of our concierge and mail management services.Supporting the team with the sales cycle from qualifying prospects to final contract closing.Assisting in operational marketing action plans.Follow up of identified prospects with the goal of concluding new business deals, including pre-sale actions such as telephone prospecting and drafting commercial proposals.Developing the business activities of existing clients through regular follow-ups and upselling additional legal services.Ensuring compliance with current regulations on all client files.Job requirements:Degree or professional qualification in Law, Corporate governance or business.Business-oriented with the ability to convince and build trust.Thorough, quality-focused, accountable, and able to make quick decisions.Curious, open-minded, and ready to work in a dynamic startup environment.Must: Bilingual in English and French: capable of switching orally and in writing from one language to the other.Full-time on-site position located in Madeleine Paris 8e (75).DetailsSeniority level: AssociateEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Legal and SalesIndustries: Professional ServicesNote: The posting mentions additional roles in the same company area, including other job titles, but this listing focuses on the Legal & Sales Junior Account Manager role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
