English – Role As a Team Leader within the Customer Service Department, you will manage a team of employees, act as the main point of contact for project‑related challenges, and oversee ongoing client activities. You will communicate project status, support efficient work processes, and serve as the company’s link to team members, fostering a true team spirit. Responsibilities: Provide guidance and support to employees on all work‑related aspects, such as work planning, vacation, reporting, and escalation. Conduct regular structured consultations with employees covering ongoing activities and projects, working conditions, and employee development. Submit proposals to the Customer Service Manager regarding growth opportunities, compensation, and employee training. Develop and review succession and career plans with the Manager twice a year. Recommend product and service improvements to enhance delivery timelines and quality. Share substantial knowledge with colleagues. Respond appropriately to reasonable requests from the manager and colleagues. Attend team meetings across France and Europe. Maintain a 50/50 time split between client activities and team management. Promote a customer‑focused approach and contribute to team spirit. Profile: Master's degree or equivalent; preferably in a healthcare sector. Experience in medical software project implementation and leadership roles. Familiarity with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) or Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and healthcare communication standards (HL7, ASTM, IHE). Knowledge of operating systems, networks, and virtualization. Strong motivational skills and ability to work under challenging circumstances. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High level of commitment and actionable mindset. Strong analytical skills and solution‑oriented attitude. Languages: Fluent in French; good level of English. Onboarding (English) All new employees will be required to attend the office on their first day for identity verification, documentation, IT equipment setup, key team introductions, and orientation to Clinisys policies and procedures. Vous communiquez l’état des projets et contribuez à de bons processus de travail. Responsabilités : Fournir des conseils et un soutien sur tous les aspects liés au travail, y compris la planification, les vacances, les déclarations et l’escalade. Conduire des consultations structurées couvrant les activités en cours, les conditions de travail et le développement du collaborateur. Soumettre des propositions au responsable du service client concernant la croissance et la formation des employés. Élaborer et discuter de plans de succession et de développement tous les six mois. Recommander des améliorations de produits et services pour optimiser les délais et la qualité. Partager des connaissances substantielles avec les collègues. Répondre aux demandes raisonnables du supérieur hiérarchique et des collègues. Assister aux réunions d’équipe France et Europe. Maintenir une répartition 50/50 entre les activités clients et la gestion d’équipe. Contribuer à l’esprit d’équipe et promouvoir une approche orientée client. Profil : Master ou équivalent, préférablement dans le secteur des soins de santé. Expérience dans la réalisation de projets logiciels. Expérience avec les Systèmes d’information de laboratoire (SIL/LIMS) et les normes de communication (HL7, ASTM, IHE). Connaissance des systèmes d’exploitation, réseaux, virtualisation. Plusieurs années d’expérience en poste de direction. Compétences solides en motivation et gestion de tâches dans des circonstances difficiles. Compétences excellentes en communication verbale et écrite. Engagement élevé et aptitude à agir quand nécessaire. Compétences analytiques solides. Orientation solution et état d’esprit positif. Langues : Français courant, bon niveau d’anglais.
